There are so many messages in this world that tell us that we cannot accomplish our dreams. People tell us that our dreams are too vast, too impossible, or simply, too unlikely to actually happen. We get messages that tell us there is no way that we are special enough to be chosen as this or as that because there are billions of people in this world. What makes us special? Our chances of being chosen are so unlikely. We are told that it is unlikely that God can use us because of our past and all of the mistakes that we have made. I mean really, why would God choose us to bring powerful change into this world? It’s completely unlikely that we can be his vessels.

But these messages, as frequent as they may be, are not at all a representation of what God believes about us. The bible tells us that we are chosen, beloved, and pursued by God. The bible also tells us that nothing is too hard for God and that he has a divine plan for us. We were intentionally created by the innovative and masterful creator of the universe. God knows what he is doing and nothing is unlikely under God’s power. Don’t count yourself out because your dreams or calling seem unlikely. God specializes in using people with unlikely circumstances! When God shows up and shows out everyone will know that it was God who did it! Your testimony is waiting!

It is my hope that this blog will bless you and inspire you to discover and pursue whatever your “unlikely” is. Please join me on this journey as I pursue mine.

I can’t wait to see what God is going to do!
